Desde el año 1991 ,Octubre 18 ,fecha de su independencia la Republica de Kazajstán considerada la capital espiritual del mundo, viene celebrando durante los últimos años y auspiciado por su Presidente Nusurltan Nazarbayev, distintos foros Mundiales para contribuir ayudar al planeta en gran escala a la nueva transformación que debe hacerse como paso necesario y fundamental en esta era de crisis creando una visión posible a través de líderes mundiales allí convocados para contribuir a este ideal necesario y preciso donde se pondrán elaborar planes y nuevos pasos a seguir en los próximos años, dentro de las religión, la economía , la cultura, etc.
En este caso convocados por el Senado de la Republica y auspiciado por su Gobierno y otros sponsors como Hoteles, líneas aéreas, la prensa etc., nos vimos convocados una minoría para organizar lo que será en gran escala el Foro Mundial para el año 2013.

RESOLUCION-WORLD FORUM OF SPIRITUAL CULTURE-2011 CULTURA ESPIRITUAL-Clave para la Transformación del Mundo

La Humanidad se encuentra en una coyuntura crítica, que exige un fuerte liderazgo moral y espiritual para ayudar el nuevo curso de la sociedad. Nosotros los participantes reconocemos nuestra especial responsabilidad por el bienestar de la familia humana y la paz sobre la tierra.
Mientras que, la Republica de Kazakstán fue fundada en 1991 bajo la Presidencia de H.E.Nursultan Nazarbayev
Mientras que el Foro Mundial de Cultura Espiritual fue concebido por el Presidente H.E.Nursultan Nazarbayev casi 20 años atrás.
Mientras que tres Congresos de líderes de las Religiones Tradicionales del Mundo han tenido lugar en Kazakstán.
Mientras que nuestro mundo está plagado por las mayores oportunidades que demandan una atención urgente
Mientras que ya no más grupos individuales o naciones pueden sobrevivir mucho más como un aislado microsomos en nuestro mundo interdependiente.

Extender el plazo del Comité Internacional Organizativo del Forum Mundial de Cultura Espiritual y asignarlo a formar las estructuras organizativas, el board , el presídium, el secretariado y comité de trabajo
Solicitar del comité Internacional organizativo a establecer centros regionales de Cultura Espiritual en cooperación con los participantes del foro en sus países.
Pedir al Presidente H.E. Nursultan Nazarbayev el segundo Foro en Astana en el 2013 bajo su alto patrocinio..
Habiendo escuchado y discutido el reporte de los participantes, La Conferencia Internacional titulada “Cultura Espiritual”-clave para la transformación del Mundo”, se notó que las ideas en los documentos del Foro Mundial de Cultura Espiritual fueron aceptadas ampliamente. Todos los eventos que siguieron al Foro Mundial de Cultura Espiritual, confirmó el análisis de la situación del planeta, que fue realizado durante este Foro. Es así como el interés, trabajo y resultado del WFSC se profundiza en todas partes. Sus miembros apoyan esta idea viven en 72 países, en casi todos los continentes. El Foro Mundial de Cultura Espiritual es solo el comienzo de un complicado proceso. Nuestros objetivos son majestuosos. Es tiempo de cambiar, aclarar, movilizar palabras a lo real, en acciones particulares, unidos a través de la cooperación, a implementar luz a los deseos de buenas expectativas que están en el corazón de millones de personas. Estamos para cooperar porque todos tenemos un so!
lo Planeta y un futuro Común. Con todo lo nacional, político, religioso, material y otras diferencias, nosotros somos una sola civilización sobre la tierra. Teniendo la amenaza de desastres globales frente nuestro, naturales, tecnológicos, militares, y otros. Debemos preservar la civilización humana y pasarla a nuestros descendientes, y por lo tanto debemos construir puentes entre el corazón de las personas, naciones y países, debemos lograr nuevas formas de hacerlo.
Cada uno debemos mirar dentro de uno y hacernos la pregunta. Porque vivo?, que valores promociono?, que enseñanza debo dejar sobre la Tierra?. Nosotros hemos reunidos nuestros esfuerzos y pensamientos para ser escuchados y llevar esperanzas y aspiraciones a millones de personas a través del mundo.
Agrego que durante esta oportunidad se proyecto un film realizado por el actor Armando Assante sobre la Cultura de Kazajstán y la realización de este Foro, un film que será elaborado próximamente en otros idiomas.
Desde mi lugar sigo admirada y esperanzada que un ser nuevo transformado y virtuoso pueble la tierra, llamada nueva humanidad y que estos ideales por los que trabajamos muchos de nosotros, seres en función de medios nos veamos respaldados por otros y hermanados en la gran obra humana para la realización del cambio en nuestra misión desde nuestro lugar unidos a esta Republica Euro-Asiática, puerta única de las religiones mundiales, la cual emerge no solo en logros majestuosos edilicios y en la riqueza de su gente amable, sino en aspiraciones puramente espirituales para renovar del todo el caos sobre la tierra.
Pongo mi corazón y mi razón a este trabajo y a los foros subsiguientes: Religiosos y económico a que he sido invitada para que mi naturaleza humana se vea fortalecida y preparada para lo mucho que debo aprender y transferir, ayudar y servir, en este camino..
